Where would I go to get assistance in opening up project schedules using a .prx extension. I just purchased primavera surtrak (v3.0c). In addition I keep getting a message indicating "all licenses are in use and try again later" when the software is not being used. Thanks for the help
I believe this used to happen when the old btrieve system would become hung even after you closed out (P3 & Suretrak).
Try opening task manager and ending the process for "W32MKDE.exe" next time this happens.
