"Could not authenticate to OTN" when installing OSB for Amazon Web Services

I am having problems installing the Oracle Secure Backup MML for Amazon S3:

      java -jar osbws_install.jar -awsid <...> -awskey <...> -otnuser <...> -otnpass <...> -walletdir $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/osbws_wallet -libdir $ORACLE_HOME/lib -debug

Oracle Secure Backup Database Web-Service Install Tool
      Debug: os.name = Linux
      Debug: os.arch = i386
      Debug: os.version = 2.6.18-92.1.22.el5PAE
      Debug: file.separator = /
      Debug: OTN UserName:xxxxxxx
      Debug: OTN Pass:XXXXXXXX
      Debug: OTN URL=https://profile.oracle.com/jsp/reg/loginHandler.jsp?username=<...>&password=<...>&redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.oracle.com&failedUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fprofile.oracle.com%2FinvalidURL&globalId=
Debug: OTN response code = 302 - Moved Temporarily
      Could not authenticate to OTN.

The problem has something to do with the host or network I am running it on. When I try it on a virtualbox Linux host it works fine.
