It appears you might have a problem within the network. The session information should not be terminated so quickly ... and the default session timeout FDM deploys at the Web Level is 60 minutes.
I would suggest you test directly on the FDM Web-Server via http://LocalHost/HyperionFDM
I tried with http://Localhost/HyperionFDM.
Still getting the same timed out issue.

It only happens with 'Basic Reviewer and Submitter' access and works fine with any of the Intermediate accesses.
The user account will need to be an intermediate-x user or Administrator in order to avoid this message.
You can also apply the latest patch for the 22.214.171.124.x release

To resolve this issue you need to install the latest patch set update for 126.96.36.199.0, (188.8.131.52.502)
You will also need to modify object maintenance for Journals and Multiload to make sure that Intermeidate Users have access to these objects.
