Check weblogic.bin file has enough execution permission.
If you have error message please share me.
Make sure you have given the correct rights for the .bin file to execute, also do have a look at the below link to get more information on how to install a .bin file

Also try to run the following command to check the exact version of your OS:
The above link shows a Download for Solaris Sparc 32 bit as SPARC: 748 MB
So please check the same.

found out the problem...
This is because i am useing SPRAC verison, whereas my solaris in on VM which is intel machine
Does Weblogic have a verison for intel machine runniong on VM Solaris ...
You can try the wls1034_generic.jar. A list of the different installers is provided here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17904_01/doc.1111/e14142/installer_list.htm

Why dont you try .jar version for weblogic. I didnt get any issues when i installed using .jar it was pretty seamless

I am trying to use it now......
Previous i downloaded the SPRAC verison and my Solaris is running on intel VM thats why it will not work.
Now, i have expanded the size of my VM but i need to reflect the changes in the OS partion ..
Any idea how do i update this?
