10g DISCOVERER Plus is not opening

Hi ALL,

I trying to open the discoverer plus but I am getting the error like this
'error for click deatils'

EBS version 12.0.6
DB version 10.2.0.4
Discoverer version 10.1.2.55.26

    Was this working before? If yes, any changes have been done recently?

    Have you completed all the steps in (Using Discoverer 10.1.2 with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 373634.1])?

    Is this the complete error message? Any errors in the logs?

    every we did properly as per your mentioned doc id
    I did not find any error messages in logs
    it is recently configured.

    I followed all the documents what you mentioned. but I am getting the below error now
    please help us to resolve the issue.

    A connection error has occurred.
    - OracleBI Discoverer was unable to authenticate using the password provided. This can happen due to an invalid password or because the password was lost while using back, forward, or refresh in your browser. Please enter the password again to continue.
    - Failed to connect to database - ORA-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
