I try to find an solution on oracle support site. But I haven't fixed the issue yet. Could you give me some advice?

Thanks,
Kevin

    What is the OS?

Please check the log files for details about the error (adpatch log file as well as make.log).

    Thanks,
    Hussein

I find a document During Upgrade adrelink Fails With 0711-317 And 0711-345 For MSONEW [ID 390364.1]

It says When an upgrade is in progress, the necessary files are not yet applied to the system.

When performing an upgrade, the full upgrade steps must be completed before the adrelink with the new iLog libraries can complete successfully.

    Kevin,

Please make sure you have no invalid objects in the database.

Try to relink the files via adadmin or manually now -- WICMLX Executable Will Not Relink Using Adadmin [ID 246272.1]

    Thanks,

The steps to perform the work around is as follows:
    1. login to the application using applmgr account.
    2. cd $AD_TOP/bin
    3. cp adrelink.sh adrelink_mod.sh
    4. remove -qtwolink from adrelink_mod.sh
    5. Relink all the above executables.
    adrelink_mod.sh force=y "wip WICMEX"
    adrelink_mod.sh force=y "wip WICMLX"
    adrelink_mod.sh force=y "wip WICMEX"
    adrelink_mod.sh force=y "wip WICDOL"
    adrelink_mod.sh force=y "eng ENCACN"

But i didn't find -qtwolink in the adrelink_mod.sh.

    Skip this step (step 4).

    Hi Hussein,

Today I checked the patches I applied, I find out the patch 4297568 is the last patch before I applied the CU2 patch. AutoPatch is not used to apply this patch. It is applied

manually, using the instructions in this readme.txt file. I made a mistake, I used AutoPatch to apply this patch. After that when I run adrelink, it encountered issue.

I try to restore the file from my backup but the adrelink still fails. Could you give me some advices?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

I want to copy the $SHT_TOP from another EBS11i Server to fix it. Is this feasible?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

There is no supported way to revert back the patches which were applied using adpatch except restoring all the database/database files from the backup which you took before you apply this patch.

    Thanks,

Even though this might work (assuming both instances are identical), but it is not supported.

    Thanks,
    Hussein
