on x4470 the on-board NIC are always up - even if the server is shutdown.

I found out that in the new X series (4470 and other) there is a New feature that make the on board NIC to always be online in the SW even if the server is shutdown.
This is happening because the new ILOM 3 can be accessible from the regular on board NIC interface, this is call "ILOM Sideband Management".
How I can disable that ? when my servers are shutdown I don't want to see online link in my cisco SW.
