I am not very good about what is contain inside a block and how much spaces is needed.
(16 level 1 etc...)..
Do you mean that i am allocated 24 block due to my INITIAL setting of 128mb ?
But why would i need 24 block just to store information about an empty truncated table ?

where I ended up with a 320K extent if I started with INITIAL 128M , next 64M (although the "next" should not matter ?)
