I am new to the Oracle Multimedia, I am trying to get some sample code of JSP work with Oracle Multimedia. According 11R2 document at (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e10777/ap_demos.htm#BABBEGIJ), I should find the example aaplication code at:
Oracle Multimedia Java Servlet Photo Album
However, there is no ord\http directory under that ord directory. All I have under ord directory are:
admin, Annotator, im, jlib, mesg and xml directories.
I also did a search for any jsp under ord directory and got nothing.
So, what I missed? The Oracle I have installed is the 11R2 standard edition with starter database. I also tried to install a 11R1 enterprise edition, software only and don't see the sample code as well.
So, where I can get these sample code? Please help.
In this particular case, the examples were only available for download from the Oracle Multimedia Oracle Technology Network page. However, the page was recently re-organized and the example has not been added back yet. But I can send it if I a contacted at melliyal <dot> annamalai <at> oracle <dot> com
The example will be made available on the samplecode.oracle.com page shortly.
I've verified that jsp and servlet Photoalbum demo files are available from the 11.2 Examples installation media, in filegroup5.jar and filegroup8.jar (in stage/components/oracle.ordim.companion). Aren't these the files asked for by op and listed by documentation?
Orafad (the one who posted the last post), is exactly right. The JSP and servlet photoalbum demo files are available with 11.2 examples, as indicated in his post above. I had incorrectly read the original post as looking for JSP tag libraries. I apologize for my mistake.
Instructions for accessing 11.2 examples are here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/install.112/e17861/toc.htm#BABBIBJF
