    Changing Ownership of a Company by specific user access only

      Curently, we have our system setup so that any user can change ownership of an account to anyone else. We had so many duplicates, bad entries, etc... That we gave our users permission to do this.

      Now that we are cleaned up, we want to stop this. So obviously I can made the Owner field read only to accomplish this. However, I need the ability for a Director in our company to re-assign accounts when needed. I do not see an access setting for this.

      I would really like it if it could be "This field it read-only if user access level is not equal to Director" ... Is there anyway to accomplish this?
