The <nio-file-manager> is not supported on .NET clients, so I would expect that to fail but <unit-calculator> is supported so it should work. I assume that in the element immediately after <near-scheme> you meant to put a <scheme-name> not <scheme-ref>.
Hi, many thanks, it works as you said.
So it seams that we can not have storage options for .net client?
I tried with <external-scheme> instead of <local-scheme> , again it fails to load that config file.
Pls help how to set Local Cache for .NET Client on-heap OR off-heap, but should be able to view those local caches on local OR remote folder.

The configuration that you are using with a near cache and the front cache is local-cache means you will have a local cache in memory on the client machine that is backed by the remote cache. In effect, it's a level 2 in-memory cache on the client machine with the main cache remote.
If you want the cache on the client to be stored on disk, there is no out of the box support in Coherence. You would have to write your own custom cache implementation and use it as the front cache.
