You don't want to do that. Set up the environment variables and start the listener and database as the oracle (or the user that owns the oracle software) user i.e.
can't lsnrctl start neither even being a root
# ... oraenv.sh ... # su oracle -c "lsnrctl start" # su oracle -c "sqlplus /nolog" ... connect /as sysdba; ... connected to idle instance ... startup; ... database open ... exit
