Can you please clarify what you mean by 'demo pack'? Are you an Oracle partner that is using the partner environment?
Also, can you clarify what changes you made when you 'changed the server configuration'?
I assume you were using the partner demo environment. I just fixed the base pretty URL for some accounts that were not updated earlier when the base url changed a couple of weeks back. Please retry and let us know if you still run into that issue.
