    Teleservices - Automatically set the task status.

      Hi All,
      We have a requiremenit in our project related to tasks on Service Requests.

      The requirement is:
      If the SR has more than one task; then if the task is closed, the next available task should automatically set to "Open" / "In Progress" etc..

      we are on

      Can this be achieved by doing some setup, also please let me know other possible options to achieve this?
