According to Oracle Technical support there will be no release of version 2.1. All subsequent features will be released through minor patches. It is not clear whether or not Windows 7 (obee) or Office 2010(oboe) will ever be supported.
I think you are not right: my last information from product management is that Outlook 2010 and Windows 7 (32 bit / 64 bit) support are still on the roadmap. They also plan to certify new browsers and mobile devices.
Hopefully product management will provide some official information about that soon.
