Would anyone know how to diagnose this, or how to fix it? job_queue_processes is set to 50, much higher than I would normally have it set, but I'm grasping. This install has been up and running for several days.
Yep, it's still an issue. I can schedule and run jobs though, it's just bothersome that it reports it as being "Status pending" and I don't know how to resolve it.
Sorry for the late reply, I was unaware that an update had been made to the thread.
Please try the following:
1. To to the Job Service target home page, and switch to the 'Monitoring Configuration' tab
2. Select the 'Availability Definition' link
3. Under the 'System' node you will see all the components (checkmark against the 'Key Component' column) that are used to determine the status of the Job Service.
Check if all these components are up.
