      Hi everyone,

Ryan and I just published this quick Bulletin article to notify everyone that we have changed the WCI product list when you open a new SR in MOS. And we will make some further product name changes soon. Here's the article:
[WebCenter Interaction (WCI) Product List Changes on My Oracle Support - KB Article ID 1373447.1|https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&doctype=BULLETIN&id=1373447.1]

First, we removed these common components from the list of actual products:
      Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Security
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Configuration Manager
      Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Directory
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Embedded Application Server
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Hydrogen Library
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Open Controls
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Remoting Servic
      Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Repository
      Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common SDS
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Search Service
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Services and Components
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Notif. Service
Oracle WebCenter Interaction Common Open Management

Just choose the product "Oracle WebCenter Interaction" if you have an issue with any of those components and mention the specific component in the problem description.

Second, soon we will change these product names:
Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Microsoft Exchange will become Oracle WebCenter Interaction Crawler for Microsoft Exchange
OracleWebCenter Content Service for Lotus Notes will become Oracle WebCenter Interaction Crawler for Lotus Notes
Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Microsoft Windows Files will become Oracle WebCenter Interaction Crawler for Microsoft Windows Files
Oracle WebCenter Content Service for Documentum will become Oracle WebCenter Interaction Crawler for Documentum

If you have questions, your best option for a quick reply is the MOS Community forum thread about this:
