Why are you creating a separate application altogether. You can new tabs in OIM Console it self.1 person found this helpful
Just see the link below. It will give you the sample code as well:
Thanx for you response!
That is exactly what I want to do, add an extra tab to the self service part. The link you supplied is exactly the one I used as an example and as of now I have an extra tab. But now I want to show a table on this tab with contents from a database. I created domain object (using JPA) and created a service which also should get an entitymanager (using annotations). The table is placed on the tab but then I get a Null pointer exception because the persistence manager is not supplied to the service. Do you happen to know how to get to the database and if the usage of JPA/Entitymanager will work. It seams the entity objects are read, this I know because when I make a mistake in the used annotations then it complains about them but the entitymanger (using @PersistenceUnit, to get the factory) and supplying persistence.xml don't seam to get picked up. Hope you can help me with this!

Thanx for your reply, I have read that part and tried it and it worked (with some help to fix a bug in Self.jspx) but the link supplied in the next message is what I prefer to do (it also works and I think it is a bit clearer)
