In my last enhancement of the day posting I praised delegation.
There is another scenario where delegation is tricky.
Assume a delegation recipient sends a mail to BCC recipients.
When the sent message is in his sent items folder of his personal workspace, he will still be able to view the BCC information.
When this message is then moved to a folder in the delegators personal workspace, or to a team workspace, the BCC information will be lost and will not be visible, even when the message is viewed by the delegation recipient.
Imagine a secretary is sending BCC to a distlist. Half a year later her superior asks: "has Mr. X really be addressed in this important message"? She will not be able to answer this question if she has filed the message to another workspace.
So here we have another enhancement request you are invited to second through MOS, please:
ER 9667309: BCC INFORMATION TO BE AVAILABLE TO VIEWER, WHEN DELEGATION EXISTS FROM SENDER
