Update Button is not visible to add a NIR type in New Item Request page for Item Catalog Category in

Hi Everyone,

I am facing some issue with New Item Request page for Item Catalog Category in PIM E-Biz R12.1.3.

The exact issue is the update button is not visible for all ICC’s while trying to add the new NIR (New Item Request) type in the New Request Item page.

Navigation Path in PIM UI:

  1. Development Manager -> Setup -> Setup Workbench
  2. Find and Select any of the existing Item Catalog Categories by selecting Search by option.
  3. Click on the New Item Request link available under the Item Creation section in the left side of the Item Catalog Category page.
