AP Trial Balance report definition does not include all of our Orgs and for the few we do have liste

When we run the report for the (US) we see details pertaining to that org, but when we run for the others the report contains no invoice details.  In addition, we've since added a few more orgs and those orgs do not appear in the Report Definition. So we have 2 issues.  Can anyone shed light into this issue?  Also, if we install the
