Unable to access JDE from FAT clients hosted on Oracle compute cloud

Hi Team,

We have JDE 9.2 environment, instances are hosted on compute cloud. We have development workstations also, hosted on compute cloud. We are not able to access JDE from any of the fat clients and deployment server. We are able to access JDE from web client.

Can you please check and provide solution.
