EBS 12.2.6 Login Issue

Hello Experts,

We've installed EBS 12.2.6 for one of our clients. It's working good in Windows 8 machines IE11 Browsers. Whilst it's not in Windows 10 Desktops and Laptops.

The problem is, when I give the username and password and click on Login it's coming back to the login screen without any errors.

We tried many solutions still the same. As I know, windows 10 is supported for EBS 12.2.6.

Spec: OL 7.4, ADTXK Level 10, EBS 12.2.6

In my windows 10 laptop it's not working for this client where as it's working for other clients (same 12.2.6). So, it shouldn't be the windows issue as per my knowledge.

Since it's working fine in IE11 browsers (in my win 10 lap for other clients) it couldn't be the issue with IE11 as well.
