Confirm that the OBIEE 12c and OBIA 7.9.6.4 is compatible with 18c and 19c database

Hi,

Referencing the certification matrix documents below:

I would just like to confirm that we understood the document correctly that OBIEE 12.2.1.4 and OBIA 7.9.6.4 installed on a Windows server 2012 R2 and 2016 environment are both certified for Oracle database 18c and 19c
