Grants Milestones Notification

Hi, I'm looking into the grants milestone notifications functionality and have the following questions:

  1. How can I avoid emails to be sent to Award PI (Principal Investigators) while sending them to other personnel such as contact milestones. Principal Investigator is populated in The Award - Reporting Role from Proposal since it's selected to be included in the award header. I don't want to add individuals to the Contact ID on each milestone - additional work not desired.
  2. If I delete the Principal Investigator from the Reporting Role and try to re-enter it again system generates error message. Please see below:
