Oops! Access Denied
We're sorry! You do not have permission to access this page. Be sure to visit the community main page to see an information banner that may guide you further. Reasons you may not have access include:
The My Oracle Support Community requires that member accounts be associated to a
corporate
email address. Generic email domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others at the
discretion of Oracle) are not granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs.
Resolution: Change the email address associated with your Oracle account.
Please note that the corporate email domain that you choose must reflect a company or
organization that has a support relationship with Oracle (active support CSI or
tenancy).
In this condition, the email domain associated with your community account (which should
use
your corporate email address) is not observed to have a known support relationship with
Oracle. In other words, there is no proof of eligibility for support or for community
access.
Resolution: Change the email domain associated with your Oracle account to
one
that demonstrates a valid support association (active support CSI or tenancy). If your
company does not have an active support CSI, visit this link: My Support Renewals Center to speak
with a Support Sales Advisor.
If you've had access in the past, but haven't logged in for a while, you may simply need
to reactivate your account. If this is your situation, the re banner on the MOSC main
page will contain a “Reactivate Account” button.
Resolution: Click the “Reactivate Account” button and specify your product
interests.
If your account is in Pending status, we are unable to determine automatically whether
you are eligible for access. An “Apply” button will appear in the red banner at the top
of the MOSC main page.
Resolution: Click this button to provide your company's
CSI/tenancy/usergroup for a manual review. If you have already applied, be patient while
we confirm your support status. Once approved or declined, you will receive an email to
inform you of the outcome.
At the discretion of moderators, out of date or inappropriate content may be archived in
an internal only location or deleted. If you are able to access other discussions or
categories within the community, but a specific page produces this error, then this is
likely the reason.
Resolution: : Search for similar or related content in our live forums, or
ask a new question in an appropriate category.
