Workflow - attach letter template in email
I am trying to create a workflow to send an email from saved search results. The workflow successfully runs, however, I would like the email to include a letter template that pulls results from a sales order. Currently, it only sends the transaction.
For instance, when you send an email from a sales order, the attachments tab gives the option "Attach Document Template."
Is it possible to include this in a send email workflow? The workflow successfully includes the transaction in pdf form, but it doesn't have the option of attaching a letter template.
