Email Template for Sending Individual Statements

From a customer record, you have the 'Action' option to Generate Statement

This defaults to the default Transaction Form for Statements (which is correct)

Mine is an advanced PDF Form, and has the relevant PDF/HTML form defined in the Print and Email template drop downs

On the Print Individual Statement screen, you have the 'Action' option to Email the statement.

This generates an email with the correct PDF attached (using the advanced PDF template specified above), but the email content is the NetSuite default:

Please open the attached file to view your STATEMENT. To view the attachment, you first need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it yet, visit Adobe's Web site
