Email Notification not working

Hi

We want to email the invoice for a particular supplier or customer, but in the communication tab when we entered the email address its doesn't work.

Email notification worked only the user has a logged email address. Why is it?  We have received a notification about which user to send the email, but the particular user doesn't receive any email notification.
