Question About Sandbox Refresh
Hi there Netsuite Community,
I have refreshed and activated my sandbox account for the first time (our implementation partner had always done this in the past).
I'm noticing a number of emails hit my inbox right after the activation. Things like
-Scheduled Saved Search emails
-Workflow Failure error report
I've check the email settings at
Setup>Company>Email>Email Preferences; Sandbox and Release Preview Subtab
and set all emails to go to one specified address
My question is a general one, what best practices do you follow when doing a sandbox refresh?
Do you have a checklist to follow to turn off scheduled emails, workflows, scripts, payment processor settings, etc?
