Mobiel Access to Customer
How can I give access to customer to report (cases for support ) on netsuite ?
I did some search to add the mobile access by editing the customer role but then the customer role does not include mobile access. then how they work ?
the goal is to make the customer experience similar to what is showing in the below video:
