New Role cant edit Return Authorization

Hi,

I have created a new role from an existing one in Netsuite and given it full access to Return Authorizations record. Only difference between the two roles is the new one has Single Sign On available for login. Though both roles have same permissions the SSO role cannot edit the RAs.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to how I can go about resolving this? I removed the SSO access from the new role but still unable to access the RAs.
