Cancel RMAs using Workflow

Hi all - i'm trying to create a workflow to cancel or close out expired customer RMAs. Please see the steps I have already gone through below in creating the workflow. I have tested it out (I have admin rights) and I can see the workflow running on some RMAs but its not changing the RMA status as desired.


Record Type: Transaction

Sub type: RMA

Saved Search Filter: Desired saved search which does populate results

Schedule: Daily

Execute as Admin & Enable logging are both checked;

Release status: Testing


Actions:

State 1 (only state)

Type: Set Field Value

Trigger on: Entry

Event types: none selected
