Creating cases from forwarded email
We want our customers to be able to continue to send emails to our customer service email address - and push those to the NetSuite case address. However, those emails create cases with our company's customer support address as the originating address. Is there a better way? Can we somehow forward the email so that NS sees the original sender's email address instead of our customer service address? Or can we train NS to look for the correct address?
