Assembly Items Components are missing!

Dear Team,

We are experiencing on issue and I am not sure if its a provision or something related to the configuration. I will be glad if someone can advise me on the same.


We have one customer running Food & Beverage Business. Thus, we have provided him with Netsuite (Midmarket) along with Manufacturing module. As customer needs assembly items to work as a recipe for his food dishes.

While doing an inhouse testing we could see Assembly item is showing the components to be linked to them but in the Production portal of the customer Assembly item does not have area to add the components. I am using the similar form to add assembly item in the demo and customer portal.
