Release Preview 2021.2

If you would like to receive a 2021.2 Release Preview account, please opt -in to take advantage of the Release Preview access period to prepare and become familiar with the new NetSuite capabilities. For details, see Requesting a Release Preview Account.

If you receive a Release Preview account in 2021.2, you can access it several weeks before your production account is scheduled for an upgrade to the new release of NetSuite. Notifications with details about Release Preview availability are sent to the account administrators as described in Release Preview Notifications. Release Preview availability information is also posted on the New Release portlet.

the record type [REVARRNG] is invalid (pop-up box over an RA record)

Please see attached. We are getting this pop-up error on all 4 of the Revenue Arrangements under this customer. We do not know for certain but think this persists from last month. The error is:

the record type [REVARRNG] is invalid

I examined each of the 4 records as carefully as I can, reading every single field, and can not see any issue.

Anyone seen this before?

Any advice?

    Thanks for the screenshots, it seems that you are having issues with QuickViews for Revenue Arrangements in the Customer Records.

    I also have the similar behavior on my end:

    In contrast to a Sales Order:

    Upon checking the customizing the Revenue Arrangement Form, the QuickViews tab is missing:

    In contrast to customizing a Sales Order Form:

    This could be a possible enhancement, since the Tab is not available in the form, the Revenue Arrangement form does not have the ability to be QuickViewed in the record. Please check SuiteAnswers: 21030.

    Kindly file a support case so that our Support Team can identify this as a possible enhancement. Apologies for the limited support that we can provide.

    Agree that this is not a blocker to using ARM & proceeding. We did not originally know that. We were originally concerned. This appears to be cosmetic. A bug. But cosmetic.
