Is there a way to restore a deleted transaction such as a Vendor bill or a JE?

I am able to see that a transaction was deleted, but cannot view or restore it. Just wondering if it is possible?

    Hello @User_3YVDC

A deleted transaction can no longer be recovered manually.

What you can do is to use the View Audit Trail feature of NetSuite only to view the Date/Time of the deletion, Username and Action made, Type of transaction, Internal ID, Transaction Number, and the Post Date, but not the amount.

Please refer to Suite Answers Article 40140 | See List of Deleted Journal Entries

If you need to totally recover the Journal Entry and its GL impact without manually entering the whole transaction again, you would have to talk to your Account Manager and hire the services of our Professional Services team to recover lost data but an associated cost would be linked to it as this is something that is to be done on our side.

    Hope this helped!
