Here is the example I'm working with. The text field has the following information in it.

**MISC: Regal 26 OBX. T2BE 21'6". Install Brakeline Shield Covers on braking trailers. . SMD Lights.

**TONGUE: 9ga 3x5x96" tongue. 2000lb Nonswivel Foot Tongue Jack. Actuator Disc Brake w/ Solenoid 8,500lb {Tie Down Model 850E}.

**FRAME: 6.5x260" ibeam bent @ 100". .

**CROSSMEMBER: 7" Risers. Old Style Xmember @ 2"-8", 66"-72", 91"-97". Target Bunk Xmem @ 107 3/4".

**AXLE: (2) 4200lb Spring axles. Tandem Axle Brakes. Double Eye 4 Leaf 20" 2650lb Springs. End of Ibeam-Ctr Rear Yoke: 47".

I want to only pull the following information out of it:

**MISC: Regal 26 OBX. T2BE 21'6". Install Brakeline Shield Covers on braking trailers. . SMD Lights.
