Login Audit Trail search "Detail" Field and Time Stamp
Can anyone tell me about the Login Audit Trail field "Detail" ? Specifically related to when our Customers use the Customer Center to log in.
It is primarily empty but sometimes holds a value.
ExplicitLogout is self explanatory.
I have questions about when Detail = WrongEmail:
In this case we have a Customer Contact that previously explicitly had login access.
The Customer Contact no longer has login access but the same email address is still attached to the Customer Contact record.
This Customer Contact is Inactive = Yes.
I suspect that since this Customer Contact is Inactive the login attempt returns WrongEmail in the Detail field.
