event not showing up NS calender

thank you for all your help. for some reason one of our users NetSuite Calendar does not show up the events if someone else create event and send her the invitation. I have checked the role permissions its full access. also checked set preferences check boxes(as its only for her instance) that also shows everything other users have. I am not sure what I am missing. can anyone please help?
