BANK FEEDS SUITEAPP | Delay in the import of Bank Transactions
You may be wondering why the transactions that should be pulled up DAILY by the Bank Feeds SuiteApp is delayed. Here are some of the factors that may be causing this.
1. MFA Token is no longer valid and needs to be updated.
For Financial Institutions that uses the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) process:
a. Check if your Financial Institution has recently enabled a new security feature that needs your immediate action. After updating it, reenter your credentials on Bank Feeds SuiteApp; or
b. There are MFA Account Credentials that are only valid for a certain number of log in sessions or transactions. In this case, reenter your credentials
