Certain workflow is not seen by Custom role

Greetings,

certain workflow is not accessible by custom role. This custom role has permission to vendor record and custom entity fields, but when I go to the role and try to access the workflow, I get "you don't have the privilege to view this page". The workflow in question is on vendor record and has one custom entity field. This role can see other vendor record workflow but not this one.
