How can I list only most recent record in a saved search?

edited May 24, 2022 12:01AM in Search / Reporting 5 comments

I have a saved search returning multiple transaction records, for example,

  • Purchased seminar A on 1 Jan 2020
  • Purchased seminar A on 1 Jan 2021
  • Purchased seminar A on 1 Jan 2022

In my results I only need to see the 2022 record, the most recent one.

Is it possible to institute logic like, WHEN seminar A > 1 THEN list the latest record?

Cheers!

Stephen
