Attention: Customers with NetSuite Electronic Bank Payment (EBP) SuiteApp, version 2020.2 QA (ID 315896) must UPDATE (do NOT uninstall) their bundle to the Production version 2022.1 (ID 416781) by December 31, 2022. Note: If users fail to manually update the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp within the given time window, this version of the SuiteApp (ID: 315896) will be deprecated and the account will not be updated to Leading version (2022.1) of the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. Please refer to the campaign email sent to impacted customers for more information.

allow customer login to see sales order status - IE, fullfilled and Backorder Qty's

Our customers have requested the ability to see the status of their orders.

at present you can only see the QTY orderered.

They would like the additional columns of Qty fullfilled, and Qty on Backorder.

This would allow them to easily monitor their order status, rather than trying to compile the information between systems / call up and ask etc.

I attempted to alter our customisation / customer center forms etc to see if i could turn on this option, but it doesnt show any of those features.

Can someone advise if they know how to acheive this ?
