Workflow Project Task Creation Erro

I have a workflow deployed on Project/Job records that triggers On Create:AfterSubmit.  The workflow attempts to create a Project Task associated with the Project/Job it was created from.  The problem I'm having is the Project Task requires the field "Job" (which the field is actually Company I think) in order to create the Project Task.

I can't seem to find a way to link them together... populating the Job/Company field with the value from the Project Record it is being created from.

I'm pretty confused on this one.  Am I missing something?
