link into email to approve or reject expense report

how we can customize NS so approver can simply approve (expense) by clicking on a link in the email or by replying back to email.

Is this doable through workflow.
Is this possible to send the approve or reject link within email so supervisor
can just click on the link within email and approve the expense report without login into Netsuite
