Upgrading to Kilimanjaro Script Not Found

Hello everyone,

I am trying to upgrade my SCA site from Elbrus to Kilimanjaro. All seemed to be going well but upon deploying my code to the server I find that all of my custom modules don't load despite being clearly referenced in the distro.json file. As well as this, an alert pops up on start up saying "Script file 'http://website.sca/cms/3/cms.js' not found".

I can only assume that both of these errors are linked and the missing file is what is stopping my modules from loading. Does anyone have any help or advice that could help?
