Need a consultant
Since I have found my account managers from Netsuite to be less-than-helpful, I need a consultant with practical knowledge who I can call on the phone to help me set up most of the optimal customization for my company.
We are running on Netsuite now from front to back and there are things I really want to do, but don't have time to pick through the extremely dry and example-free "Help" file. Also, I have no more time for trial and error. I just want to say, "Please set up a field for my customers to tell me how they heard about us." And then suddenly, it shows up on my website.
