Password Required on Hyperlinks from Excel Reports

edited Dec 6, 2019 2:35PM in General

Little bit of a long shot here, but anyway...

I create Netsuite reports in Microsoft SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) which are made available on our internal reports server.  In the reports, I can create hyperlinks to things like customers, opportunities, sales orders, sales reps...pretty much anything that has an ID associated with it.

Works great when the report is viewed in the web browser.  However, when the user exports the report to Excel and then clicks on a hyperlink, the web browser goes to Netsuite, but it requires the user to re-enter their password.  Even after the first time, they are still required to re-enter their password every time they click a new hyperlink in the same Excel file.

Howdy, Stranger!
