SuiteAnswers Knowledge base failure
I searched for "memorized", and clicked the second link in the results page. The page came up but was covered by this error:
Help is unavailable because your connection has timed out.
This help window will be closed. Please log into the application and open the help window again
Which closed the window which may have held the answer to my question.
I used to be able to use the knowledge base.
